Background

COVID-19 continues to spread, especially among un-vaccinated populations, making rapid identification of the infected as critical as ever. In order to stop the spread of the virus, rapid and reliable testing must be combined with social distancing, contact tracing, and isolation of the sick.

However, rural, underserved, and minority communities may still experience barriers to accessing rapid and reliable testing. It is the mission of CommunityLab to remove barriers to testing, so that all citizens can receive the care they deserve, and our communities can thrive.

About Sanesco Health

After several years in Asheville, we opened the doors of Sanesco® International, Inc. Sanesco was born out of a desire for personalized medicine that addresses the root source of health complaints to improve quality of life rather than manage symptoms.

Through neuroendocrine testing services from NeuroLab, a division of Sanesco, and our targeted nutritional dietary supplement formulas, Sanesco helps to promote balance within the body’s communication systems to address complaints affecting the quality of life such as cognitive function, mood, sleep, and energy.

More directly, Sanesco allows us to become more involved in the WNC community. It enables us to provide employment, support various colleges and universities, and non-profit organizations as well as a variety of local businesses.

Along with our extended family of friends and staff at Sanesco, we are happy and blessed to be able to give back to our community and bring the hope of restoring quality of life for all.

Low Access + High Risk Populations

There remain underserved minority and rural populations as well as large groups of vulnerable individuals around the nation. It is our goal to ensure COVID-19 testing services are available to these groups. The forming of partnerships with CommunityLab enables organizations supporting these communities to offer COVID-19 testing in an effective, thoughtful, and considerate manner.

Due to the large amounts of un-vaccinated individuals, many businesses perform screening to mitigate risk as well as keep things running smoothly and safely. CommunityLab is happy to partner with businesses to help ensure their staff and customers are safe, so they can do the work needed in their communities.

Public Institutions

Communities of all types, ranging from religious-based groups to clubs to dance troupes and everything in between, are missing their members and want to be able to gather again safely. CommunityLab understands the mental and emotional needs fulfilled by these groups. That is why we are happy to partner with any size group, large or small.

SARS-CoV-2 has had an unprecedented impact on educational institutions, resulting in schedule changes, virtual/remote learning, and team-based sports restrictions. CommunityLab has the ability to provide rapid results for large groups, which will allow students, athletic programs, faculty and staff the opportunity to safely move about the community and travel for things such as sports or to visit loved ones.
