CommunityLab, a division of Sanesco International (collectively referred to herein for purposes of this section as “Sanesco”) is not able to accept returns of any home collection kits COVID-19 PCR tests for resale unless the customer denies acceptance of delivery from the carrier. Otherwise, all sales of home collection kits for COVID-19 tests are final. Sanesco may examine customer concerns or issues on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to remedy customer issues based on the facts and circumstances of each case. If Sanesco determines, at its sole discretion, that an error has been made with respect to the home collection kit for COVID-19 test in discussion, Sanesco reserves the right to correct the error and revise the order accordingly. Revisions may include charging the correct price for the home collection kit or shipping or to cancel the order and refund any amount charged.
