How It Works

Activate Kit

You will need the barcode located on the collection tube. It is your unique activation code.
You will also need the tracking number from the enclosed return shipping label.

Collect

Make sure the sample is valid. Find at-home collection tips, instructions, and FAQs.
Important: Supervised collection is required by the FDA when child is under 18.

Ship

Ship the same day you collect.
Don’t forget to write down the tracking number for yourself.

Results

You will either receive an email or text with a link to the results portal and your unique access code within 24 hours of receipt by the lab.
