• Click the ‘Camper Registration’ link on this page
• Select camper arrival date at Camp Celo. NOTE: We will send the home collection kit to arrive a week before camp.
• Under ‘Testing Type,’ choose ‘At-Home Collection Kit,’ and complete shipping information.
• The Thursday morning before camp, activate the kit to complete insurance information. Observe camper collection.
• Ship back the same day using the pre-paid overnight FedEx label included. NOTE: Kit must be dropped off at a FedEx drop-box/store before the last pick up on the Thursday before camp or the kit will not arrive at the lab in time for camp.
• Receive camper’s result via email on Friday.

IMPORTANT: See last day to order home collection kits table to the left. If you miss this order date, you can still schedule a no swab, saliva COVID-19 test at our Arden, NC facility for 72 hours before camp.

• Select camper arrival date at Camp Celo
• Under ‘Testing Type,’ choose ‘Test at CommunityLab Facility’ and complete insurance information.
• Schedule an appointment window (morning or afternoon) within 72 hours before camp. Note: Closed Sundays and from 12-1 PM, Mon-Fri for lunch.
• Stay in car for no swab, saliva collection. NOTE: Camper must not eat, drink, perform oral hygiene, chew gum, or use nasal spray for 30 minutes prior to collection.
• Receive camper’s result via email within 24 hours.
