Click the ‘Camper Registration’ link on this page
Select testing date associated with arrival at 6 Points Sports Academy and complete insurance information.
Schedule an appointment window (morning or afternoon) for the day of testing. NOTE: Do not arrive from 12 – 1 PM. Collection is closed for lunch.
Stay in car for no swab, saliva collection. NOTE: Camper must not eat, drink, perform oral hygiene, chew gum, or use nasal spray for 30 minutes prior to collection.
Receive camper’s result via email within 24 hours.
